Carpark expansion and upgrade Strone Hill Dalmally.

As part of a larger project the team recently completed the Strone hill and Glen lochy carparks for Forestry and Land Scotland.

Both these sites presented unique challenges, as the new spaces were constructed over large established peat bogs. Utilising unique construction standards, we were able to ensure the stability and longevity of the new parking areas. Significant drainage systems were installed as well as new ponds to manage water flow and prevent flooding, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable and effective engineering solutions.

To enhance the aesthetics and blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, we also incorporated locally sourced stone walling. This not only provides a visually appealing finish but also reinforces the structural integrity of the carpark.

Our team worked diligently to balance functionality with environmental sensitivity, creating a parking area that munity while preserving the beauty of the forestry area. We are excited to see visitors enjoy the improved access and convenience our work has provided.
